Aims and intentions
This programme is ideal for anyone within a learning environment wishing to develop their professional skills in supporting learners. It may be of particular interest to those in mentoring, training and/or appraisal roles in educational organisations.
Participants will consider issues relating to learning and guidance, including assessment for learning, improving the effectiveness of the curriculum and the organisation itself.
Approaches to Teaching and Learning
Participants will be offered a wide variety of delivery methods, enabling them to individualise their course of study according to their own interests and working life.
Assessment
Assessment is through written assignment and analysis of videos and development planning.
