Aims and intentions
Participants in this programme will focus on the analysis of ‘education and care in action’ as it is experienced by practitioners. They will explore and discuss current developments, read widely and plan and implement changes in their own practice; they will reflect critically and analyse their own practice.
Approaches to Teaching and Learning
There will be an emphasis on collaborative group learning, and the development of professional knowledge through enquiry and action research by participants in their own schools.
Assessment
Assessment will be based on written assignments, relating to professional practice.
